Meat Market Monday is the dinner hour at Club Masque. If you're unfamiliar with Masque let me assist you, it's a gay bar. There are drag queens and rainbows everywhere and it isn't uncommon to see boys dancing, kissing, or doing whatever with other boys and the same goes for the girl-girl crowd. BUT... On Monday Night... from 7p - 10p... it is also the only place in Southern Ohio to get a $5.00 bacon wrapped filet mignon cooked to order with a baked potato and a salad, served hot off the grill by a drag queen waitress (tonight's looked more like Iggy Pop in a denim skirt than a drag queen, but whatever) and occasionally a drag show on the stage.
Mrs. E-Rock enjoys the meal and the entertainment. She even goes so far as to attempt "girl talk" with the drag queens.
This blog may not have much substance to it, but fuck it... I'm full. I'm entertained. It only cost me $10.00. I'm having a good evening.
